A luxurious barn conversion, with a large, fully equipped kitchen, generous living space and 4 bedrooms. The Barn is the perfect setting for a special celebratory gathering or family holiday and comfortably sleeps 8 on its own or 12 when booked with The Stable. The Terrace with good quality garden furniture, hot tub, garden and BBQ are fantastic for outdoor relaxing and the games room is perfect for when the weather is less than perfect.

Logs for the wood burner included.

Y Sgubor

Very spacious kitchen with electric cooker, hob, fridge, freezer,

dishwasher and washer/dryer. Well equipped with really good kitchen

equipment. An oak dining table and chairs to seat 8 people.

Down a couple of steps to the sitting room with chocolate brown,

soft Italian leather sofas with plenty of room for everyone to relax and sit comfortably. The sofas are set around a wood burning stove and there is a large flat screen television.

Bedroom 4: Walk through bedroom 3, a very spacious room with twin beds. There is a door to bedroom 3 for privacy

Bedroom 3: Carreg Cennen Castle. A king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. Walk through to bedroom 4. There is a door for privacy.

Bedroom 2: Garn Goch - Iron Age hill fort. A lovely large bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 1: Physicians of Myddfai - legend says Sons of the Lady of the Lake. A downstairs bedroom with a double bed and a very spacious en-suite wet room. There are some steps to account for the different heights on the ground floor in the barn but this would be perfect for anyone with limited mobility
